Guangdong Kangqi Special Plastics Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Louis (International) Group Co., Ltd., is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, the manufacturing capital of China. Founded in January 2020, its core business covers the import and export of plastic raw materials, as well as the operation of PE, PP, EVA, metallocene, POE, color masterbatches, calcium carbonate filled masterbatches and other plastic materials.

The company has signed supply chain cooperation agreements with world-renowned petrochemical manufacturers, including DOW, PTT, EQUATE, VINMAR, SABIC, EXXONMOBIL, LOTRENE, PETLIN, BASELL, QAMAR, APPC, TITAN, TPC, IRPC and others. It has also signed a contract with CIMC New Materials to become the general agent of its e-commerce channel. In addition, the company has established cooperation with domestic petrochemical enterprises such as CNPC, Sinopec, Fujian Refining & Petrochemical, Shell China for some of their products.
